UK Based Ikorodu -Born Deejay, Kamson-Odesanya Pleads For Befitting Burial For Kalokalo

Hon. Lekan Kamson -Odesanya, Ikorodu -born Deejay and qualified telecommunications engineer based abroad, has called for a befitting burial for the late Hon. Kazeem Abayomi Oni-Orisan, who died on Tuesday.

The remains of late Oni-Orisan will be interred today.

Mourning the passage of the late grassroots politician on his Facebook page, Kamson -Odesanya popularly called “2pac” while he lived in Ikorodu before his sojourn in the United Kingdom, described Oni -Orisan’s death as a big loss to Ikorodu, especially to the political circle where he played tremendous roles.

“If death Dey Collect Money , we for contribute pay am .. if death Like Yansh and Breast we for arrange for am. … An oak Tree has fallen amongst the Founding Brothers of Modern Ikorodu Politics !!! EGBON KALOKALO is Gone.”

He consoled the late politician’s brother who is equally based abroad, “Segun Shokunbi Eku iroju …”

While recounting the important roles Oni -Orisan played in the grassroots politics with his late mother, Iya Kalokalo, Kamson -Odesanya pleaded with Ikorodu youth to honour him with a befitting burial.

“He was a Councillor of Ojogbe Adugbo in the 90s and was along with his late mother, an Elephant in Ikorodu Political Space Recognised by my Late Uncle Asiwaju Waheedi Gbadamosi, who was the last true organic leader in Modern Ikorodu Political Class.

“I plead with The Youths of Ikorodu to Give KaloKalo a Befitting Homage and Burial that befits a Statesman .

“Odunmi gan … but Jesu Fee Ju,” he concurred in consolation.
